Secure Payment Processing
All payments made on the sophiesribbons.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Sophie's Ribbons employees.
Payment Types
Sophie's Ribbons accepts credit cards and Paypal.
Working days
Sophie's Ribbons can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday.
Shipping
All items will be dispatched via Standard First Class post – Royal Mail Tracked does not require a signature on delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the website Sophie's Ribbons reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched. Sophie's Ribbons reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Sophie's Ribbons products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

You will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email sophie@sophiesribbons.com
Prices
Prices are quoted in UK Sterling. All US and Australian dollar prices exclude value added tax. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order. Swiss / Canadian orders are delivered with no additional fees to pay: duty, tax and brokerage fees are included in the final basket price.
Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by using the inform me button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you would like to amend your order, please email sophie@sophiesribbons.com. Please note that once an order has been processed Sophie's Ribbons are unable to cancel or amend it.
Sophie's Ribbons Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 90 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded following evaluation by the Sophie's Ribbons Customer Services team. Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from sophiesribbons.com.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit or colour of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 90 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Sophie's Ribbons will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
*“As new” condition for Sophie's Ribbons items is unused. Sophie's Ribbons strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
Faulty Goods
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Sophie's Ribbons will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
All used items will be returned back to the customer.
How To Make a Return
Contact us at sophie@sophiesribbons.com outlining your reason to return an item. Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your email from us.
Please post the package back according to your location to the address we email you.
When Sophie's Ribbons receive your return we will aim to process it within 7 working days and will refund you on any monies owing and the return postage (up to the value of UK: £2.70, Europe: £5.42 and RoW £9.20) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s). NB: we can only refund one postage payment for each package received.
For international returns - Sophie's Ribbons will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty".
If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email sophie@sophiesribbons.com. Please include the date the item was posted, the address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
Sophie's Ribbons will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to be being processed. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you.
